Breach of contract TWICE!

Firstly,

I sent my brand new iPhone 5 in over 7 working days ago as it had an OBF. This not being Cell C's fault is totally acceptable. I phoned twice last week and kept getting told it will be ready on monday (No security questions where asked). No one from cell c contacted me to inform me what is going on. i phoned today and got told they cannot give me any information about the phone as the contract is in my name. After i explained that the other 2 times i phoned i never had an issue the supervisor then told me that it is against the law to give me such information. So i have no idea what is going on with my phone and Cell C broke the law twice by giving me information on a contract that was in my mothers name.

Please note i am not taking this issue lightly and neither is the contract holder Im pretty sure this is called foot in mouth disease.
