Replacement of lost phone

I have a cell phone contract with Auto page for the past 12 to 13 years. I never had any claim for a lost phone over the years. They have alway receive my payments on time and never had to call me for not paying the contract. I my cell phone was pick poctect from my handbag 03/06/2013 in CBD Gautheng which happen to be my old Nokia E63.I reported the phone @ JohnVoster police station spend my day there to open a case as I knew the phone was insuced. I call the call centre of Autopage the week of the 3/6 and mail documentation to & from. On the morning of the 14/6 Aswad ask for my delivery address I finally though that the problem has been solve? only to receive a mail in the late afternoon that my Blackberry is insurced not the old phone. I find this mis communication incorpitent as if i was a I could easly sad it was the backberry that is gone. I was also not told the the insurance company is a third party.
