About 3 years ago I joined Virgin Mobile on a promotion with the idea that I buy a sim card for my son to use in emergencies when extra murals are cancelled. Friday I wanted to test the phone, I could phone to the number and send SMS, but could not do either from the phone. Even though I new there was still a lot of money on the card and went to purchase more but could not load it. When I phoned head office they told me that they decided to cancel all the numbers that has not been used I the last month. I have never been informed of this.

I asked that they refund my money which they said I must purchase a new card, which will be a waste if they are just going to cut it if it hasn't been used for a month, I asked to speak to a manager and the response was that it is personal and not aloud.
