If only I read all the hellopeter complaints with regards to this company. They are eager to sell you a contract but CAN NOT DELIVER!!! - first, they delivered the wrong phone, and i had to wait 2 weeks again for the correct one. Finally I get the new phone but cannot use the new sim card. After struggling to get through to the call centre, you only get transferred from one divisor to another. And if you do speak to someone, they tell you a different story. They said they will activate my sim card. i just had to wait 24 hours. Then the next day when I phone back, I'm told that the sim is not RICA'd??? an hour later when I called in again... The card was Rica'd and my query was sent to management. YEAH RIGHT>>>> every time I phone in to speak to a manager, . they are either in a meeting or not available!!! maybe that's the reason for the poor service??? If only I knew this... i would have NEVER cancelled my other contract with my previous service provider!!!
If they DARE take money from my account month end i WILL take action!!! I'm sending this e-mail to all virgin mobile e-mail addresses I can find on googlel!
