Cannot connect my cellphone numbe

Two months ago i did not use my virgin mobile number which is 0741210111 when i phoned virgin mobile the consultant told me they migrated to a new system.
the my cellphone number was not loaded is because i did'nt use my phone for a while.
i asked her to load my number so i can recharge my sim card to use my phone, she told me it would take upto 24 hours.
i'm waiting now for two months and still getting the same answer.
please assist or should i go to a new provider.
