Refurbished phone faulty!

I have had my Blackberry 9790 taken in for assessment to Canal walk Vodacare on 24.05.2013. The problem I had with my phone was that it reboots at least 25 times a day. I was told by the consultant that it would take at least three weeks for the phone to be repaired. My phone was taken out on contract at Blue Route Mall Tokai last year November and when I called them to inform them about the problem, I was told to take the phone to the Canal Walk branch myself as it would be assessed immediately. This was obviously not the case since I had to wait two weeks for the phone to be repaired. When the phone was ready, no one had bothered to call me to inform me that the phone was ready for collection. My husband had to call to find out how far the repair process was and was told that it was ready for collection. We collected the phone last week Monday and received a refurbished phone. I barely have this phone for two weeks and having the same rebooting problem that seems worse than what the original phone's fault was before! I cannot even enter my pin number as it keeps rebooting! I am disgusted and irritated with the service and now terribly inconvenienced!
