Dear Vodacom Management

The service I have received from Vodacom over the past three months is putrid.

My phone has been sent in for Repair on the 24.05.2013 because of a software problem. Two weeks later, I was given a refurbished phone that lasted only two weeks and the refurbished phone seemed to have more soft ware problems where the phone continuously reboots that I was unable to enter my security pin number. I then sent it away for another repair and sent an email to the Vodacom Customer service as well as the repair centre saying that if the refurbished phone gives more problems, I would like to cancel my contract as I am paying for services/ contract that I am unable to make use of.

The phone came back and had it just for one day. I have not even used the phone at all and the same rebooting issue occurred the evening. I took the phone in again for the FOURTH time and liaised directly with the Manager at Vodacom Blue route mall who is aware of the fact that I WILL NOT accept another refurbished phone. I also told him that if I cannot get a completely new phone, my contract must be cancelled as I am DISGUSTED with the service. Ebrahim promised to call me to provid
