I would like to complain about service. Handed my phone at Vodacare Canal Walk on 17 August after a 2 and a half hour wait. They are revamping and my phone would be ready Tuesday 20 August.
I received sms saying it had been sent to Maitland repair hub Monday 19 August.
22 August I was given the quote which I told them I would consider.
I called the Maitland repair hub on Friday 23rd August and told them to just do the software upgrade and clean the lens as suggested. (I was told the battery and charger would be more than the phone is worth)
On Thursday 29th of August I received an sms informing me my phone was at Maitland ready for collection. I phoned to arrange for it to be delivered somewhere I could collect over the weekend. Tracey told me that she could arrange for it to be collected at Cellucity on Saturday 31st August. I asked her if she was definitely sure about this arrangement. She kept me on the phone while contacting Cellucity. She guaranteed that it would be ready for collection at Cellucity Canal walk on Saturday.
