Cannot Do Repairs / No Quality Control

I encountered issues with my Blackberry 9360 (Fully charged the battery shows empty after 90 minutes and I cannot choose between 2G /3G, the only way to save battery power). I handed in the phone at Canal Walk, errors clearly stipulated on the job card.

I was informed a week later that the phone is ready for collection, which I did. EXACTLY the same. While it was with them I received numerous sms messages about assessment and quality checks. I had time to take it back to them 3 weeks later and complained about exactly the same issues. They took in the phone and I was called to let me know the phone is going to advanced repair center.

Next day I was called to inform me that they are replacing the phone, so I went there on Thursday to collect. hey gave me a refurbished phone, WHICH WORKED FOR 1 DAY before the keyboard went haywire and the phone unusable. This is now getting totally ridiculous as I have to spend my time to backup / restore and drive up and down to have the issues resolved. I still cannot choose between 2G and 3G and the phone is not working, even worst that my original. Do not claim to have quality control in place, when clearly you DO NOT and waste my time money.
