No response to previous complaint

You guys are record breakers in providing poor service and deserve a grammy award for your stinking attitude and utter laziness. I have no words to describe how i feel about your company as a whole. You have supervisors and managers who have nothing to do but run away from taking ownership of customer complaints and have passed down their incompetence and laziness to the rest of their so called junior staff. I posted my complaint on 7 June 2013 and some lazy person just updated a response to say i will receive a call shortly, to date 7 days still no phone call nor sms. My "not so important" query will not be resolved and i just don't have the strength to call your lazy call centre agents (which to me sounds like they are a computer programmed to say one thing over and over again)
