Complaints Resolution - "yea right"

Thanks for nothing so far and my ref 305243 which also helps nothing. Well FNB still have no cooking clue what they doing and how to help me... "Please come fetch your phone". I still dont have a cell phone number, I call your office and the famous words. " I am sending a request for the phone to be updated" I actually asked if they could see my 1 st request which they could. So to date I've been to Cell C 3 times, called Cell C twice, called FNB 4 times, sent my own complaint on e-mail via FNB web page, this is my second complaint on Hello Peter, and a complaint on your facebook page... O wait FNB did call once you asked if my device was working, I replied no and guess what was the response " I am sending a request for the phone to be updated"

I could have stayed with my old bank and get a smart device via a cell phone company. Its less complicated and service actually stays the same no matter where you are. (poor)

I have read the complaints against FNB, the replies are the same for everyone and its not helpful.
