Stay away! Be warned!

Please don't make the mistake I made by signing a contract with 8ta!
Three weeks ago the three numbers on my contract was all suspended due to non-payment, even though I've been paying with a debit order for more than a year! It took 8ta 5 days to have my numbers working again!
I then bought my wife a I-phone, but needed the micro chip. Its been 8 days and I've been to two branches six times, and spoke with several people from 8ta, but no person can fix this. This would take another service provider less than 15 minutes!
In the past 20 days, my wife's phone was working only 7 days... That's less than a third of the time I paid for!
I have 5 months left with this contract, and they charge me R2000 to cancel the contract which they can't honor. Is there anybody with advice on how I can cancel this contract to get this company out of my life for ever! I will have great joy when this company eventually goes bankrupt in a few months!
