I recently got contacted by somebody from Vodacom, who suggested that I move over to a Smart M, package. I constantly asked her about how much it would cost including my added services and was told an amount under R800, but when I got my invoice- it way surpasses it. I cannot stand call centre agents who cannot be upfront, instead they would rather mislead the customer just to get a sale. I am extremely disappointed and actually cannot wait for my contracts to be over so that I can change service providers.
