Unauthorized subscription

Last night I was browsing the web on my phone when I received an sms saying I had been subscribed to a service that would cost me R20 a day. I have no idea what the service even is. Thinking it was some kind of I deleted the message only to find, this morning that R20 had been deducted with the description smart040. I called the cell c helpline to have this stopped and was told by Kamagteso (?) that this is a known, a hidden link online automatically subscribes you without your knowledge or being aware of it and there is nothing they can do. So cell c knows these companies are taking money from people, allow them to do it and then pass the buck saying it's not their problem. I am furious. I want this stopped and I want my money back and stop trying to blame others. It is not acceptable. I am on prepaid and will not pay cell c another cent ever again if this is not sorted out.
