Listing on Credit Bureau, apparantBad Debt of R103

I found out to my horror that I am listed on the Credit Bureau as a defaulter for an amount of R103 by Telkom. An amount for which I did not even know I owed. When I applied for an ADSL line and land line in October last year, I was initially being billed on 2 separate invoices, I went into the branch, queried this after which the accounts were consolidated. I paid all outstanding amount on both invoices (internet and land line) or so I thought? I even asked the ladies at the branch if everything was uptodate to which the reply was yes. At no other point whatsoever did Telkom try and retrieve the R103 from me, no final notice, no summons etc. Apparantly they sent me an sms? surely they have to do more before blacklisting someone after 2months of non payment? I am still an account holder for the same line? Bottom line they made no effort whatsoever to get payment yet have the audacity to list me with the credit bureau for a mistake that was theirs in the first place. To make matters worse no one at telkom can assist me, they keep passing the buck and give me numbers to contact that dont exist or just rings? Telkom must sort out this mess as my credit record is now tarnished?
