DEVASTATED!!! Not happy with Telkom

DEVASTATED! Applied for a further loan student for the last 6 months of my daughter's university studies with Standard Bank. My application was declined because I found out from the credit bureau that Telkom's legal department notified the credit bureau last year I owed them an amount for approximately R800. I was and have been completely unaware of this situation. My account is up to date. As a result my daughter cannot finish her degree because of Telkom. Where do I go from here?? What a shocking situation we are finding ourselves in. I have never had a problem with the credit bureau and have never been declined because of my credit rating. Yours sincerely
