CUSTOMER CARE LINE NOT WORKING!!! DEDUCTING AIRTIME

Hi there

I have been trying last night and this morning to get through 173 and i am getting the "the number you called is not available". What is happening there?
I have a huge issue with MTN service and it big time.
I have a pre paid sim card and i have loaded data and went on the internet and it took airtime instead of the DATA. What is happening?
This service is not professional and i feel that they need to up there game.
There client satisfaction is not up to standards and needs to be worked on.
There agents in the past dealing with the does not show any empathy to the client's needs.
