On the 6th June I wrote an article about data that we had been billed for even though we had a protection clauss in our contract allowing us to only go over my R100.
We received a reply shortly after the article was written saying this had been handed over to the retentions credit and risk division and we would be contacted within 54 working hours. It is past that time and no one has contacted us. Vodacom contact you extremely quickly to take out new contracts but the opposite applies when concerns have to be dealt with.
