I first wrote an article on Hello Peter about 3 weeks ago, in connection with data used even though we had signed a contract allowing us to go over by R 100 only and then cutting off. Apparently this was all resolved. This however was never communicated to us, we only read the response on Hello Peter. Vodacom paid half of the outstanding amount and then said the shop assistant was responsible for the other half. She phoned us saying this was difficult to pay and she wanted to pay it off. I went into the shop on Saturday when all our phones had been disconnected. The poor shop assistant had to go to Standard bank and pay the outstanding money and one cell phone was reconnected. The other 2 phones had gone over there contract dates and were simply cut!!! No warning given. This meant our children are without phones and have lost their numbers!!! We will be billed at the end of the month and need to pay for services not received. The communication has been extremely poor even though we have made numerous calls to resolve this issue since November last year. Please contact us urgently.
