Vodacom changing our contract

We have noticed that the original contract me and mu husband too out which is the same contract was differently billed and what they told us that we have 75 free min anytime on the website and it was also told to us when we took the contract, we are not getting it we are paying for ALL our calls!
We then contacted them on the 15th of May 2013 and they told us that they see there is a mistake and it must be corrected. We received a sms stating that they will contact us in 24 hours, after 48 hours we get another sms stating that they will contact us in 24 hours, we then contacted them asking what is going on, they told us they closed the previous call that was logged and they will sort it out.
So we got another sms saying they will contact us in 24 hours, so we wait 48 hours now we had to contact them.
So they still have not contacted us back and still not fixed our contracts so we have our 75 min free as it is stated on their website and on their pamphlets.
So today is Monday and we still have not received any feed back and they will be deducting more money from us again this month.
Braking contract and money is more the way it looks to us.
