Breach of contract

I need Hellopeter to take this issue to the CEO of vodacom as this has been going on for more than a year now.
Secunda has got very poor network service and some places no service at all. I am on standby for my company and cannot be reached at my home during plant emergencies. if my company take action against me I will sue vodacom for breach of contract and personal loss. please have this matter raised to the highest priority. Network upgrade is completed and nothing happened.
