Poor service since Feb 2013 - nothing has changed

It has been 16 days since my last report and nothing has changed! Only promises and no service. I tested with my 8ta 3g on the same router as the ADSL link and guess what... it works, go back to ADSL (ISP) and problem back again! It is very obvious that the people supporting my ISP is either incompetent or just do no give a... about service! I did numerous tests asked by the ISP and data goes against my cap!! Poor Poor service!!! I have proven over and over that the ISP has got a problem!!!
