Poor level of service

Since I have shifted my ADSL line over from Telkom to Afrihost, it has been nothing but a nightmare. My internet works fine during the day but once it gets to 15.00 - 16.00, the speed drops ridiculously to the point where I cannot even log into my email. I have made various complaints by email and telephonically and was requested to make multiple tests and email back the results. All I am ever told is that the problem with Telkom and that the ADSL line seems to be problematic. And that is the end of the discussion. I have even made a testimonial on their website about their poor level of service but this was conveniently posted on their website as they claim that the prefer to deal with complaints directly. It is funny how testimonials are selectively posted on their website. I would advise anyone to think twice before moving over to Afrihost.
