Insuarance claim

I went to mtn store in Benmore on tuesday 11th June as I was illtreated. I went to claim a handset since it is an mtn owned store, I had my ID at hand and the approval letter of the insurance claim of which it was written that I must produce it together with the ID nad the damaged handset. I got the worst service ever as if I was committing. They kept on telling me that I should produce insurance documents which I should have received in the email. They were so stubborn and not willing to even check my name on the system cause if a claim is approved it shows on the system. They even told me I am frustrated.

Prior to that I went to mtn midrand midrand of which they claimed they were out of stock the handset which I qualified to claim was not available however they promised to order it for me. Bear in mind the claim was approved on the 31st of May 2013, but up until this day I dont have a phone because of the attitude I received. This morning I called and they told me they dont have stock. I want my cellphone I am tired of making calls and being to.
