Refusing to replace defective handset

I received the Nokia Lumia 920 handset in April as an upgrade package. Two weeks into the use of the device, it freezes and shuts down completely. Took it to Nashua mobile in Midrand, two weeks later it returns with no fault diagnosed. Again two weeks into usage the device does exactly the same thing, freezes and shuts down. The staff at the store say they can only book it in for "repairs" again. Why book a device in for repairs when there's no fault diagnosed by the techs? and I have to sit two weeks without a phone each turn?

I'm sorry, but there's no way I will accept this pathetic disservice. The staff at Nashua mobile must reveal this mighty creature that instructed them to treat customers like children. I want that phone replaced with a more stable make/model.
