Autopage incorrectly processed a sim swop instead of a sim link after requesting an upgrade on my contract that I have had with them for more than 15 years - and then to make things worse I find out that their inefficient staff incorrectly advised me and now they have disconnected my cellphone simcard and left me stranded. Numerous phonecalls to their call centre results in repeating the same story to twenty different people, endless promises and STILL 10 days after being disconnected NOTHING has been done.
Autopage - your service and your staff are in serious need of retraining as they clearly dont know what they are doing...!!!

Wake up... your competitors are going to put you out of business.!!!
