STILL WAITING ON ACTION 2 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE

I received a positive email back from you dated 2nd May, ( https:///mtn/complaints/unwilling-to-help-and-respond-to-orders-repairs-1074931) whereby my concerns were to be escalated to Regional Management. To date (over 5 weeks after) I am yet to receive a response??? As mentioned before, I have been struggling for months with local MTN point (Summerstrand Village, Port Elizabeth) where staff attitudes are unpleasant. My phone refuses to switch on and I suspect mechanical/battery fault. Considering I have a 24month warranty on the phone, I would expect more before being told nothing can be done. "The phone doesn't work anymore because of a chip on the hardware and nothing can be done" is unacceptable! In fact, the chip could have been avoided if my repeated requests for protective cover could have been met from the day I received the phone. It is because of the neglect from local MTN staff that I have contacted MTN Customer Care for further assistance but to receive nothing for so long now is extremely frustrating! As a service provider, I trust that you will show more concern to the above. Look forward to your earliest & positive feedback on the matter.
