Account not transferred since end Feb 2013!!!

I asked that the person liable be amended on a telephone account/number as I sold the business it is connected to, end Feb. I went in person to the Bethlehem branch and were promised it would be done before the end of business the same day.
Middle of March I phoned and inquired why it was not done. I was told they would fix the problem & get back to me... but no-one did.
So too did I phone end March, April, May and June. Each time I was promised that the issue would be resolved asap... till today not a single person has returned any call.

I sent copies to [Email Removed] twice. I received the confirmation that it has been received but once again... zero response.

Is taking 4 MONTHS to complete something so simple acceptable... to Telkom it seems to be... and the end is not in sight with the new owners running up a phone bill on my name!!!
