On 23/04/2013 I bought airtime via Nedbank Internet of R250 and I have been calling and faxing proof of payments from Nedbank to indicate that funds did leave my account, yet I have received no assistance, just bad service and a poor escalation process. I even had a consultant hang up on me. No one can even put me through to a finance department so someone can trace this purchase. I work for MultiChoice and I know that payments can be misplaced, despite using correct reference numbers, yet we have a department where such anomalies are rectified and our customers are assisted. I am appulled at the disgusting service and livid. This is. Vodacom steals from its customers. R250 is a lot of money to just go missing.
