Poor service from Cell C

We recently moved to a new area and since we've been there I have not been able to use my phone at home - no network coverage. I have been sending e-mails and phoning constantly for the past 2 months. The service is slow and if you phone you hold for more than 15 minutes at a time. Yesterday I was told that there is a network problem in the area and they are looking at two new sites for the area, but "no live date is available for this area yet". I am pregnant and will be at home for 4 months WITHOUT NETWORK COVERAGE!! The other night I had an emergency with my 3 year old boy, but was not able to phone as I have no reception. I tried to phone cancellations today - I am sure I should be able to cancel my contract if I do not receive the service I pay for? After holding for 15 minutes, I was put straight through to rating the service and then the call was cut. Regardless to say I rated the service as 0. I wish I could speak to a competent person who can assist and then cancel my contract if they are not able to give me adequate service before my due date on 15 June 2013.
