My fiancee opened a contract with MTN boulders, she purchased sony xperia only to find out that it does not have a dialler this wasnt explained to her.the person that helped her is nthabiseng
we returned the product the very next day and demanded to cancel the product for it fell in the 7 seven day period. we spoke to George the acting manager. who promised that the contract will be cancelled and that we should bare in mind that we will pay for data used.we agreed and George promised that it will be terminated within 48 hours. during the conversation i managed to record our conversation and George was very aware that im recording him. anyway 48 hours elapsed we received an sms from nthabiseng stating the contract termination is been processed.everything was given back to mtn
Today we received an sms from Nthabiseng stating that the contract has not been terminated and she needs to pay R497.97 for something she doesnt have this includes the R102 of data used.we can pay the data used but i totally disagree with the other amount. this is affecting my fiancee pregnancy and she has been advised to calm for it will affect the babe
kindly advise what to do?
