I have a contract with Nashua Mobile which Effectively came to and end on the 31 May 2013. I gave notification to Nashua Fourways where I Notified PORTIA, that i am giving notice to go onto prepaid as soon as my contract expires. I repaorted the incident on the 17 April 2013, which was more than a calender months notice as per the contract states. I was following up on my request at Nashua Norwood, and they tell me the termination date or migration has been loaded incorrectly as my contract know will only expire at the end of June 2013. I complained about this mistake to Nashua Cusotmer services and I was promised a call back from Elize who spoke to me and assured me everything will be sorted. I happended to go back to Nashua Mobile Norwood on Saturday and I spoke to Gontse from Customer Services who again said and assured me everything will be sorted and was talking about reversing any charges to me once he has spoken to his supervisor. On wanting to speak to his supervisor, he told me his supervisor is not around. Know I am angry and disgusted by getting no response from NASHUA regarding rectifying this error caused by them.
