7 Days later, still no solution - REQ:2232862

It is with disgust, that 7 days after logging my first complaints with MTN via Hello Peter and the MTN branch, we are still no closer to a resultion to this problem. My husband still has no BIS on his phone, my daughter is still sitting with a useless S3 with no data or airtime. The consultant is still saying he just upgraded the phones, did not promise anything else... wow! What integrity, honesty and ethical behaviour... and then his manager still defends him, where is the camera footage of the conversation, I'm sure they have some somewhere, sure as if I something out the shop it would have been on video... I want this issue resolved, we have been clients of MTN for over 10 years and have 5 active contracts with them, it is an absolute shame how we are being treated!
