So I request a dual sim on my R145pm 2G data contract. The following months my Bill went from being R2000 for well over 5years to all of a sudden to R3358.10. I didn't worry. Until the next months bill of R4488.64 arrived... of course I got in touch to query and all I was sent was itemised billing - when querying the billing I was told 'they don't know... its my data' to which I'm puzzled because I only email FB & Tweet so whats different this time round that makes this worth R2488, 64 more expensive? So switching off all data and cancelling my duel sim my bill comes to R8448.47?? Its that a 2G contract should be allowed such disgusting bills? Who has R8448, 47 just lying around on the kitchen table? After begging and pleading no one can tell me where the amount comes from or what caused it? So you know what... you customer we don't care to help you sort our your problem even though you have been with us for 16yrs, pay the bill or we cut you off. Simple plain kick in the face and a F-you for such a loyal customer. Feel like Im going through a break up. Devastated
