Hi

Telkom mobile takes money from my account without my authorization and also not for my account.
I logged a case NR:6002971 for the on my account on 1 June 2013.Since then i escalated this 3 times and up to date nobody can tell me why, except that they investigating this. I also asked to speak to a Manager but after holding on for 8 minutes i dropped the phone.
