Rude, Unprofessional behavior, service not rendered

Good day

My dad has 3 contracts with Vodacom of which the last phone he took with Vodashop Vosloorus stopped working. He then took the phone back to the store for repairs. Upon him going back to the store a woman by the name of Lizzy advised him that he needs to pay an amount of R1140 (mind you this is word of mouth- as they couldnt provide us with a quotation) as the old phone was unrepairable and that they THREW it away. On the 9th June my dad and myself went to the store luckily the same woman (LIzzy) was there, I must say she is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and really NOT OF ANY HELP. We have been given the run around by lizzy promising to get back to us regarding this but to no avail. I've been Phoning the store requesting to speak to the manager but i am not getting any joy from that. I'm greatly disappointed that Vodacom keeps people like Lizzy who do not want to work meanwhile there's thousands of people that would appreciate where she is. Where does the store get the RIGHT to THROW away a customers phone without his consent yet still pays?? I sincerely hope my sending this mail will help get my dad's Phone back and CALL lizzy INTO ORDER because her customer service is PATHETIC!!
