2nd Complaint in 2 weeks for same problem

I complained 2 weeks ago about a problem i am having with my accounts - mistakes made by Cell C.

I was told Busi would phone me, she did and was very helpful that next day. I needed a new simcard, i did buy one and emailed the serial number as asked. I was told it would be sorted out that Wednesday.

It has been more than 10 days and i have no idea whats going on. Every now and then i get a call and then i am told that i will be contacted after she speaks to her supervisor. I am still waiting.

I was livid after i received a call last week to ask which account it is again, asif my issue wasnt important enough to make a note after 2 weeks of phoning back and forth.

I got the tablet for business purposes, certian things are quicker and easier to do on my tablet and i dont always have my laptop on hand - this was the whole idea with the tablet!

Today i lost a client, because i couldnt complete my task quick enough! I lost a source of monthly income! I am livid, because if i was important enough as a client then my problem would have been solved.

If i need to place a complaint every day until it is sorted out, then i will have to do that and move all 4 my accounts to elsewhere!
