They dont do what the customer request on payment

I requested the accounts department of Truworths head office to take a debit order for the amount of R800.00 on the 1st of every month telephonically, whereby they advised me that they will do so. they dont debit the monies on the 1st of every month. I enquiried about it in store at the Eastgate's branch whereby the manager showed me that the debit order for the 1st do reflect on the system. I receive non-stop phone calls from the most rudest people ever! about me being behind with my account. I keep on telling them that I have a debit order. I am getting a bad credit name because they dont do their job, I received another sms on 21.06.2013 telling me im behind with R1040.00 whereby I went to make THE payment on 29.06.2013 @ R14h39 amount of R1560.00 Ref: 1019525 & have discussed above with: Neo employee No: 9325891 Randfontein branch who contacted head office they advised him that my Bank FNB dont want to allow them to take a debit order & that I should go to the bank & find out what is happening. Today 02.07.13 FNB advised that truworths ref: 1010130599 have deducted on 01.07.2013 amount of R1040.00? how the did they now all a sudden got it right to deduct now
