No One Wants to Take Responsibility

Good Day,
I have cancel my contract within the 7 days as per the consumer contract, but up to know they are just making excuses and in last week I got a call from MTN direct saying that they will not be canceling the contract. The worst part is still that they can not give a reason to why this is. I am really really unhappy with MTN in general. The experience with MTN is unbearable.
