Cant explain their own contract

Dial direct refuses to open a claim for a damage ceiling after a geyser leakage, it states clearly in the contract that I'm covered for incidents like that, the call centre agent cant even explain to me why not!! she said my call is escalated to a manager, but n must bear in mind the manager is in and out of meetings I have been waiting for 3 days now (WHAT A MEETING!!!), .its true what people say about them they promise you the moon and the stars till you sign up, whats the use of a buildings insurance cover if they looking for excuses every time and cant even back their excuses.
i will cancel all my policies in writing to dial direct with immediate effect, thank for sites like this to give people the opportunity to see the bad in DIAL DIRECT
