Cell C not canceling my contract after paying!!!

After my previous bad experience with Cell C, having to post on Hello Peter to get a response you would think that they would take more care!! The very reason I am canceling my account is the same reason I am now stuck with. I have cancelled my account and after spending almost R6000 to do so, am promised every day for the last 7 days that someone will contact me!!! I am paying Cell C to use this contract evey day I use it after canceling!!! I call retentions who I actually believe dont exist as the phone rings for 15 minutes and drops!! Customer service promise to call me back and tell me every day that the contract will be cancelled before the end of the day. I am at the last straw and will be forced to get involved in the customer act if this is not sorted immediately!!!
