Afternoon,

Just to inform you that you have the most amazing staff at Mr Price Sport Canal Walk, The manager Jean Pierre, is priceless, he is always smiling, always helping, i bought two bikes last week, Jean Pierre did ask if they could put it together at the store, but then i would wait - a week, so i said no its fine i will do it at home,
Got home & i could not do it, so I called the store spoke Jean Piere & said I really need the bikes up, what can we do, He said i will give you a call in the morning, just want to speak to my superiors, he kept his promise & called back the next day! on the 23/032013 Jean Piere & Ivo came out to my house, to help put the two bikes together, and what a services, let me tell you, you really have two gems, they went the extra mile and came all the way to my house to put the bikes up, They had excellent service in the store, amazing, and so professional, I will recommend your store any day, and Jean Pierre and Ivo any day, I think they should get staff of the months awards, Once again, thank you to them for everything,
