Throttled back due to high use

Okay so its been a couple of weeks now since i have been throttled back now this is my Question they told me my service would return to normal the beginning of the month its now the 8 June and its still the same okay not a problem i understand others also have rights to use the service but now tell me what do i have a Blackberry for if i cant even go and download anything with it.

i phone you guys and ask i wane start using my own data away from the BIS services your call centre tells me if i over use my own data they would throttle me again WTH!

i pay for data but get speeds of and still tell me how i should use what i have payed for why would they bring out a phone capable of high speed Internet if you guys throttle us.

friend in the UK gets better speeds then south Africa will ever get i know what the problem is
