We contacted Virgin early May to request our upgrade.
It is now middle October and we have not received the new phone.
The phone line was also blocked for 2 months, with no explanation, even though payment was debited from our bank account.
Countless promises were made to sort out our issue as soon as possible, within a day even and now months later we are still left high and dry. Horrendous service, no communication and we are being charged for a mobile service.
Virgin staff is ignoring our emails and phone calls and we have had no response from repeated emails asking for an update.
Severe breach of contract from Virgin's side.
