False Advertising

Went into the Telkom Mobile store yesterday to take out a Month to Month contract on the Smart 500 package.
On your website for Sim Only it clearly says this is possible. The agent in your store agreed. However once approved for a new contract the package is not there for selection. Your website clearly says this is possible for the Smart 500, 300 ect. I would like to move to your network but I do not require a 24 month contract and have a new phone already. Please explain how you advertise a option that is clearly not avaliable.!!
