Ad service and no answe

I have been trying to cancel my long team contract but everytime I went into the store they made me wait for more then 30min and then tell me they can't help me, I then ask why because I have taken out the contract at the same store they then say they only sale contracts and they do no do cancelations.
Then they give me a number which is vodcom 0821958 to call and there I wait on line for more then 30mins a time just to get cut of.
Can someone please help me to cancel my contract ASAP.
