1 Week and Waiting!

I went into the MTN store in Hillcrest a week ago, with a request for early termination on my contracts (along with required paperwork) as I'm leaving the country soon.
I contacted MTN via email prior to this too.
Email correspondance through MTN online has been a long and tedious excercise, along with a week wait via the store too.
The end result is that I am now sitting with vastly different cancellation amounts quoted.

MTN, through the first email said the cancellation amount per line is R1910.
MTN, through the email the store passed onto me is R4350.24 for the one handset, and 4553.88 for the other.
Today I recieved another email stating that the R1910 is incorrect and now its R4797 per line.

WHAT THE IS IT!!!?? WHAT IS THE BREAK DOWN OF HOW YOU GOT TO THAT AMOUNT??!
I have never dealt with such shoddy service, and expect so much more from a corporate giant like MTN.
Get me the right information the first time and on time with a breakdown of how you get to a figure over R9000 for early cancellation of a contract with 12 months remaining.
