MTN doesn't care

On 22 May I posted the following post:

MTN responded on the post only (no email or phone call) with a form-type response that not only failed to address the primary concerns raised but also provided a dishonest response, by claiming that I could go into an MTN branch, every month, and load an "ad-hoc" bundle on top of the current bundle.

However I'm informed by staff at two different MTN branches that loading and "ad-hoc bundle" will override the existing 150MB bundle.
This means that if you loaded say, and additional 50MB bundle, the 150MB is effectively discarded in favour the new bundle and you're left with only 50MB. What a complete waste!
