On May 21 I called the vodacom call center to ask why after 3 years I am still paying for a lap top contract when it was past the 3 year period... As usual they could not find any record and said I must go to a store and enquire in person .. I went to the East rand mall and spoke to a lady named Joey and she informed me that i had to make an application to Metrofile to get the contract. We completeed the forms she made a copy of my Id and said it would take 3 days . on Monday May 27 I called the store to see if the contract was there only to be told by BUSI that Joey is on leave Busi then said she would follow up and call me back... needles to say I recieved no call ..I then calld on May 29 and spoke to Marie the manager she passed the buck and said she would get Busi to call me back
today June 07 I called again and Busi said she knew nothing of the contract but would call me back
so far nothing. Is this the way Vodacom deals with its clients by cheating them with contracts why is it such an effort for Vodacom to find a contract and resolve the matter? you are charging me for an item that should have been cancelled in 2012 but pay we must or else we get cut of...
