I've been paying a contract on my name for a friend for the last 2 years. She is now able to pay this herself, and I went to East Rand Mall outlet & spoke to Busi to change this number to pre-paid and get a new number for my ongoing contract. Busi called TPHD and explained what needed to be done to Thuli. I paid for the transaction and left. A while later my friend called me from the new contract number!! She had lost her number and my new contract number was put on her simcard!! I am still paying for her calls and none of her contacts can reach her anymore as the "prepaid" number no longer exists!! I went back to ERM and asked for this to be rectified. TPHD said it can not be done. Next day I went in again and spoke to Busi. She said this was done by TPHD (Thuli). She calledTPHD department and after 45minutes of holding she promised to call me when she finally spoke to Thuli. 2 days later I have still not heard from her and I am livered. I've spoken to numerous people at your call centre & finally to Thuli today and she explained that Busi was responsible for this mess. I feel Busi should have been honest and fixed her mistake. Instead she blamed Thuli and wasted my time.
